Dispatcher, Jan Scott, has been helping NLI members for more than 16 years. If an NLI member needs to report a service issue, Jan will assess the situation and work closely with the NLI line crews to respond to our members.
Jan not only dispatches NLI crews, but also is involved with the Bonner/Boundary County Utility Council making sure everyone knows to call 811 before you dig. Jan also works with electricians on service disconnect/reconnects, installation crews, tree crews for line drops, and also with other utilities.
Should you need to report an outage, you can facilitate our response by ensuring that your current telephone number and correct information are updated in our billing system. This will enable Jan to dispatch the NLI crews more quickly and efficiently – so that your power can be restored as soon as possible.
