SmartHub is getting an Update on December 5th.

SmartHub, NLI’s web and mobile account management application will get an upgrade on December 5th that will help users get to the features they need more quickly and efficiently.

SmartHub users will notice that their mobile app will have a fresh, new look. They will be able to see their usage analysis upfront or can contact us with the click of a button right from the home screen.

Outage and billing alerts can also be displayed right on the home screen, making it easy to communicate important information with our members. Billing, payments, and other features that users expect from SmartHub will also be available with one click of a button in a new condensed menu.
