Northern Lights Rebate Updates

Available October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. Proof of purchase is required.

Energy Star Clothes Washer

Rebate: $30

  • The home must have an electric water heater and electric dryer. Proof of purchase and completed Northern Lights, Inc. (NLI) coupon are required. Coupons are available on the NLI website and at the Sagle office. Front/top-loading clothes washers must be Energy Star-qualified, meet Bonneville Power Administration criteria, be confirmed by NLI, and be purchased from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.

Energy Star Clothes Dryer

Rebate: $60

  • The home must have an electric water heater and electric washer. Proof of purchase and a completed NLI coupon are required. Coupons are available on the NLI website and at the Sagle office. The dryer must be Energy Star-qualified, meet Bonneville Power Administration criteria, be confirmed by NLI, and be purchased from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.

Manufactured Homes With Electric Heat

Rebate: $1,000

  • Must be a new Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) certified home. Requires the manufactured home salesperson to complete the NLI rebate paperwork and show proof of purchase.

Ductless Heat Pumps Only for Existing Stick Built and Manufactured Homes

Rebate: $800 electric zonal (primary heat); $800 electric forced air (primary heat)

Air-Source Heat Pump

Call NLI for installer/rebate qualifications and rebate amount.

Geothermal Heat Pumps

Call NLI for installer/rebate qualifications and rebate amount.

  • Purchase, installation, and NLI rebate paperwork must be completed by a participating approved certified installer/contractor with a current International Ground Source Heat Pump Association certification.
