Northern Lights Annual Meeting

The purpose of the Northern Lights Inc Annual Meeting is to hear and pass upon reports covering the previous fiscal year, elect directors to the board, and transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Only 1 candidate, Jill Vandegrift, was nominated for District 2. Only 1 candidate, Steve Klatt, was nominated for District 4. Pursuant to NLI Bylaws Section 4.04(d), no election will be held in those districts.

At the meeting, members will enjoy:

  • Complimentary hot dogs and cookies.
  • An electrical safety demonstration.

Registration is open from 5 to 6 p.m. PDT, and the meeting is from 6 to 7 p.m. PDT.

The annual meeting is at NLI Headquarters, 421 Chevy St., Sagle, Idaho.

A $25 energy credit is awarded to each membership in attendance. Limit 1 credit per membership.
