Applying for Your Rebate

Send the following information to our office to apply for your rebate:

  • Name: ______________________________________________
  • Mailing Address:  ___________________________________________
  •                           ___________________________________________
  • Northern Lights Account Number: ________________________
  • Copy of your receipt showing the make and model of your Energy Star Qualified appliance

Although we will make every attempt to process your rebate quickly, please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your check. Rebates are not applied as credits to energy bills.
