Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Northern Lights fills an important role in the cooperative. Members set the course for the cooperative by voting on bylaws that govern the business structure and by electing qualified members to serve on the cooperative’s Board of Directors.

The Board is charged with the legal responsibility of governing the business on behalf of the members in accordance with the bylaws and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
